Mr. Olukoyede addressed the African Leaders & Partners Forum in Washington D.C., speaking to heads of state, investors and development partners on the economics of integrity.
“There can be no greater incentive to investors than assurance of due process and the rule of law,” he told the forum. “Every conviction we secure against a fraudster is a letter of comfort to every honest business considering our shores.”
He outlined Nigeria’s preventive agenda — fraud-risk assessments embedded in public procurement, compliance frameworks agreed with the banking sector, and youth programmes that channel digital talent into legitimate enterprise.
